Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mks Instruments JV-ROD-B-RACKMKS260PS 260PS-3B 260PS3B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Westinghouse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Videojet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Kla-Instruments product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Westinghouse such as the MCP534000C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 375080 manufactured by Videojet and we are pleased to be able to service most Videojet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 50000210 by Manufacturer Kla-Instruments as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Applied-Motion Brand 5000107 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Abb such as 3BSC610042R1 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available P36G5239A02 made by Master as well as the popular MG480FAU24VDCPT original spares produced by Pinnacle

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3E4CSeries3E by Gems and 3BSC610042R1 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 35421357A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
